A four-year-old girl was dramatically rescued by her neighbors when she fell out of a third-floor window. In a surveillance video, the toddler can be seen dangling off the window, struggling to climb back up. The neighbors responded to the girl’s cry for help and one resident quickly grabbed a blanket from his car to catch her. The girl is in stable condition.
