  President Sahlework Zewde stated that in order to prevent conflicts and enable citizens to embrace humanity, religious institutions should strengthen their teachings.

The Assembly of Ethiopian Religious Institutions is holding its 14th Regular General Assembly in Addis Ababa.

President Sahlework Zewde, who attended the conference, listed the contribution of religious institutions to the peace of the country.

He called on the religious leaders to use their voices to prevent the recent conflicts in Ethiopia.
