A shoulderless black man was later shot by a white police officer in front of his children after Whiston police were called to an internal debate yesterday.

Violence and looting erupted during the declaration of a state of emergency in the canopy of the province, and officials were called in until Monday at 9 p.m.

Jacob Blake, 29, was taken to hospital following a shooting in Kenosha on Sunday night. On Monday morning, family members Blake was admitted to the ICI at Rodwort Hospital in Milwaukee.
