Assalamu Alaikum, This clip is taken from the lecture called Seeking Knowledge- An Obligation on Muslims by Yassir Fazaga As Muslims, it is required for us to know at least basic fundamentals of our faith and adhere to it, so as to keep ourselves on the straight path. Knowledge is one of the keys in which a Muslim may gain guidance, with the Mercy of Allah. As the Messenger of Allah SA said, When Allah wants good for someone, He SWT given him the understanding of the Religion. Along with our secular studies, Islam deserves our attention, mainly because everything we do relates back to Islam.
