This cup is perfect for microwave cooking and which is how I prepared it. Each day 20 grams of Net Carbs (total carb grams less fiber grams) primarily from salad and other non-starchy vegetables are allowed. I can also add a little mayo on the cup and create a quick on the run salmon salad.
Completing Historic racing car cup is difficult in Gran Turismo 5. Considering the size of a cup is enough for two snacks, we have been talking minimal caloric intake.
