In a shocking incident of female infanticide, a woman was captured on camera throwing a new-born female baby in the drain in Haryana's Kaithal. However, the street dogs in the area spotted the baby and immediately brought her to safety before the locals got alerted and informed the police. The baby was lucky to survive and is currently being treated in the city hospital.
