Islam is not an attack, it is life giving. We need to come close to Allah. When you feel the heat of evil around you, turn to Allah. Increase your ibadah, increase your sadaqa, increase your remembrance of Allah, come closer in the Sunnah, put Islam into your life, come closer to Allah because Allah has power over all things. "You will surely be tested in your possessions and in yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allah much abuse. But if you are patient and fear Allah - indeed, that is of the matters [worthy] of determination." (Interpretation of the meaning of the Qur'an 3:186)
