More than 14,000 Ethiopian refugees have fled to Sudan

The United Nations said that more than 14,000 people have fled Ethiopia to Sudan, noting that the flow of new refugees exceeds the current capacity to provide aid.
Thousands of Ethiopians are suffering in the border state of Gedaref, Sudan, as a result of their homelessness and the lack of basic food, in the absence of international aid.
