Abu Hafsah Abdul Malik Clare (Jerome Clare), was born totally blind and raised in Nova Scotia which is in the east coast of Canada. He embraced Islam in 1996. Abu Hafsah started wrestling at the age of 9 and went on to become the first totally blind person to be accepted into a pro wrestling school. He started learning the Qur'an in Arabic Braille in 1997 and since he embraced Islam has conveyed the message of Islam, holding Islam workshops throughout various countries.
