Activists circulated on social media, video clips documenting the moment a child was rescued from the middle of a torrential torrent in Medina, and the clips showed a young man descending into the torrential waters in the torrential stream, to reach the child who stood in a high area to escape from the torrential waters, and a group of Young men to help the young man to get the child out, by constructing a bridge of wooden planks, so that he can carry the child and bring him to safety. It is noteworthy that Medina and a number of other provinces are witnessing a wave of heavy rains, and the Saudi Civil Defense called on citizens to move away from areas that collect water and torrents, and to stay in their homes, and not to go out unless necessary
